About Wade Alexander

Wade AlexanderWade first studied the Course in Miracles in 1987 at Urbana IL, while training to be a teacher of the Alexander Technique. I attended many workshops at the Foundation for A Course In Miracles (FACIM) when it was located near Roscoe NY. I have written articles about the Course for “"Direction"rdquo; and other Alexander Technique periodicals.

Wade self-published a 2nd Edition of his book, There is"…another way,"A Companion Guide to A Course in Miracles: Jesus' Gift to Humanity in 2009. In 2011 he self-published, Giving and Receiving: From Jesus' Teachings in A Course in Miracles.

Wade is also the author of Sister Elizabeth Kenny: Maverick Heroine of the Polio Treatment Controversy, (CQU Press Rockhampton QLD, 2003) and, Aural Piano Tuning: The Basic Knowledge and Skills Necessary To Tune Pianos by Ear (Greystone Press, 2000).

In addition, Wade taught music for 38 years in public schools and at Wells College.  He graduated from Ithaca College (BS Music Ed. 1953), the Eastman School of Music (MM 1960), and did further graduate study at Ithaca College, Cornell University and SUNY Cortland.

Ken Wapnick’s teachings and writings are the source for this site, my study and inspiration.  I rely on help and advice from the Foundation for a Course in Miracles (FACIM).   Ken and his associates at the Foundation for a Course in Miracles (FACIM) are dedicated to teaching and preserving the integrity of Jesus’ new Course.

I have read almost all of Ken’s books and keep in contact with him.  He has read the final draft of my book about A Course In Miracles and commented on it.
